About the role
As a Process Operator at Fresenius Kabi, you will be an important part of the manufacturing within the pharmaceutical industry. Your work style will be characterized by precision, efficiency, and a strong focus on quality. In this role, you will operate various production processes, including filling, preparation, and packaging machines. The role also includes conducting regular quality and safety checks. Previous experience in mechanics or similar fields is considered a significant advantage.

Having a technical interest or previous experience from healthcare, production, or the restaurant industry, where you are used to working at a high pace while maintaining high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and precision, is a big plus.

The position is full-time and located in Uppsala. Working hours are arranged in a 5-shift system with weekend shifts, or a 3-shift system with day, evening, and night shifts. This is a consultancy position with a 6-month probationary period and a high chance of extension. Your responsibilities

• Documentation of manufacturing processes in accordance with the company's business system.
• Participation in qualification processes and reporting results in test protocols.
• Maintenance, cleaning, and handling of equipment, materials, and facilities according to company guidelines.

About you
We are looking for someone who is passionate about details and precision. Experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing and holding a forklift license are meritorious. To thrive and succeed in this role, you should have the following qualities:

Requirements for the position:

• Good verbal and written skills in Swedish and English.
• Completed upper secondary education (high school diploma).

Meritorious qualifications:

• Previous experience in production work, pharmaceutical industry, or the restaurant/fast-food industry.
• Technical upper secondary education or equivalent higher education.
